Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)
Each One Teach One, LLC is seeking passionate, eager-to-learn Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHPs), registered and in good standing with the Virginia Board of Counseling, to join our dedicated, person-centered team. As a QMHP, you will provide Mental Health Skill Building and/or Intensive In-Home services, working directly with clients in their homes and communities. You will deliver individualized, person-centered care that promotes independence, stability, and overall well-being. Services include psychoeducational support, mentoring, family relationship building, social skills training, anger management, academic and vocational guidance, and life skills training to enhance independent living.
Peer Recovery Specialist (PRS)
The Peer Recovery Specialist (PRS) provides community-based recovery support services to individuals experiencing substance use and/or mental health challenges. The PRS uses their lived experience of recovery to provide mentoring, encouragement, and support to individuals seeking to initiate or maintain recovery. Peer Recovery Specialists assist participants in developing recovery goals, accessing community resources, and building healthy support systems. Services are non-clinical and person-centered, focusing on empowerment, hope, and self-direction.
