Therapeutic Group Home
A structured, trauma-informed residential home for adolescent girls facing emotional, behavioral, mental health, or family challenges — grounded in dignity, relationships, and a clear path forward.

A therapeutic home built around each girl.
Each One Teach One Therapeutic Group Home provides a structured, trauma-informed, and therapeutic residential environment for female youth ages 11 through 17 who are experiencing emotional, behavioral, mental health, family, or social challenges that cannot be adequately addressed in a less restrictive setting.
The program is designed to promote emotional stability, personal growth, independence, and successful community integration through individualized treatment planning, life skills development, educational support, behavioral interventions, and family engagement. Services are delivered in a safe, nurturing, and culturally responsive environment that emphasizes positive youth development and strength-based practices.
Residents receive 24-hour supervision from trained direct care staff, case management, crisis intervention, therapeutic skill-building, recreational activities, and coordination with community providers, schools, and families — all in service of the goals identified in each girl's Individual Service Plan (ISP).
Our Mission
To empower adolescent girls to overcome challenges, build resilience, and develop the skills necessary to become healthy, productive, and self-sufficient members of their communities.
24-Hour Supervision
The program provides twenty-four (24) hour supervision and support by qualified staff to ensure the safety, well-being, and therapeutic progress of all residents. Staff maintain continuous oversight and implement individualized supervision levels based on each resident's assessed needs, risk factors, and treatment goals.
