Mental Health Skill-Building
Independence, one practical skill at a time. Community-based support that helps teens turn clinical progress into real, day-to-day stability.

What is Mental Health Skill-Building?
Mental Health Skill-Building (MHSB) is a community-based service that helps young people with serious mental health conditions develop the skills they need for independent living and successful daily functioning.
MHSB sessions happen where life happens — at home, at school, and in the community — so the skills stick.
