Peer Recovery Support
Recovery, side by side. Young people walking the recovery journey with someone who has lived it themselves.

What is Peer Recovery Support?
Peer Recovery Support Services (PRSS) are non-clinical services provided by trained individuals with lived experience of mental health conditions and/or substance use recovery — who use that experience to support others on their own journey.
It's the kind of support that comes from someone who actually gets it.
Who it's for
Individuals ages 5 and up navigating mental health and substance use recovery who benefit from lived-experience guidance.
Recovery, supported in every direction.
Emotional support & encouragement
A consistent, judgment-free presence from someone who's walked a similar road.
Recovery coaching
Goal-setting, planning, and accountability tailored to each young person's recovery.
Coping & life skills
Practical tools for managing triggers, stress, relationships, and everyday demands.
Advocacy & empowerment
Help accessing resources, navigating systems, and finding their own voice.
What PRSS makes possible.
Recovery isn't a straight line — it's a series of small, consistent steps. PRSS helps young people keep walking, even on the hard days.
